    Being on an extremely low carb diet I find the last thing I need is a protein smoothie. I am already eating large amounts of protein, by default. so protein powder is redundant. Instead I use a large scoop of some green powder (
    There are several on the market), almond milk (protein) greek yogurt (protein) ground flax seek and some blueberries. I also WANT all the fiber juicing removes. Your thoughts ?

    Thank you for sharing, I cant wait to try your recipes. The kale cool aid juice looks good, I am not a massive fan of ginger but I will give it a go 🙂
